New York State Smokers’ Quitline 1-866-NY-QUITS (1-866-697-8487) Free and confidential help available Monday-Thursday: 9am-9pm and Friday-Sunday: 9am-5pm for individuals looking to stop smoking or using other forms of tobacco. Services provided include the help of a trained Quit Coach in forming a quit plan, nicotine replacement therapies for those who qualify, referrals to local support and other resources, and help for family and friends of tobacco users.
